Chief Executive Officer
Scott has over 25 years’ experience in the fire industry. Starting within the industry as an engineer, he progressed through the management structure of the largest UK suppression company to the rank of divisional director. In the last quarter of 2016, Scott became majority shareholder giving him the ability to break away and take the chair of Integr8.
Scott has built up a network of trusted operations, design and financial staff which all work together as a team. This team has moved seamlessly from project to project, division to division and now company to company.
Since Scott became Owner and Managing Director of Integr8 he continues to grow and develop the business.
Matt started his career at How Fire Ltd (part of How Group/How Engineering Services) in 1986. In 1994 Matt left How Fire & the UK to work as a Project Leader for a large German Civils & Mechanical Engineering Company Hans Brochier GmbH & spent some time working in Saudi Arabia.
In 1996 Matt joined what was then a medium-sized Fire Engineering Company as a Project Engineer & progressed to Project Manager, Senior Project Manager delivering such Projects as Westfield London. He then became a Project Director looking after several London Commercial Contracts before progressing to the Board as Operations Director. Matt was responsible for the whole of the London Commercial market for the company which led by successful delivery had grown into one of the largest independent Fire Engineering Companies in the Country.
Matthew joined i8 in January 2020 as Managing Director with a view to growing the business in the London Commercial Property Sector with a brief to develop i8 into the first choice Sprinkler Contractor in London and beyond.
Will has over 13 years’ experience in the sprinkler industry within the design, technical, and management.
Will started in the fire industry as part of his University work placement year as draftsman/design engineer producing drawings for a fire protection company. He has since worked on a vast array of technically demanding projects which has benefited him with an in-depth knowledge of the industry.
Will joined Integr8 at the start of 2016 as Design and Technical Manager bringing a wealth of experience and knowledge, including hydraulic calculation modelling and implementation of sprinkler design standards. He is responsible for monitoring the quality of all stages of a project and providing technical guidance for all departments.
Chief Operations Officer
Steve spent his early career working in the oil and gas sector including 3 years in Egypt working on the construction of an onshore gas terminal as part of the Rashid / Rosetta Project. On returning to the UK, he assisted in setting up and managing Term Framework Contracts on Network Rail infrastructure overseeing a number rail building and maintenance contracts for Network Rail, Southern Trains, London Midland Trains and London Underground. During this time Steve gained a degree in Construction and Construction Management.
In 2014 Steve joined Kingfell as Operations Director to streamline and develop the business. Steve was instrumental in amalgamating Kingfell into its parent company Integr8 and has assisted in developing and growing the business until the present.
David began his career as a Trainee Draftsman / Design Engineer working throughout the UK. After completing all of the available LPCB competency exams he progressed into management; he has now worked across the industry in every aspect of fire suppression while managing teams of various sizes.
David joined Integr8 in May 2019 as Design Manager, and in only a short time his comprehensive knowledge and experience helped further develop and grow the already talented design team at Integr8.
Within 6 months Dave has progressed to Pre-construction Director. He acts as a key leader in the full project acquisition process including management, coordination, and delivery of the preconstruction phases of the project and extensive client contact.
Terry has in excess of 20 years experience within the sprinkler industry from servicing, main contract install, supervisor, Project Manager, Contracts Manager to Projects Director. He acts as overall controller of the day to day operational requirements ensuring on time, quality and in-budget project delivery.
Terry has worked on many of London’s prestigious projects & his management style is favoured by many of our clients big & small. He delivers for us and our clients and ensures any issues are resolved quickly.
